常看一些投資客澎風
說我房子又漲了幾十%
但好笑的是房子根本賣不出去阿
賣不出去的房子你喊再高也只是嘴上富貴
沒人買你怎麼喊也只是自爽罷了
投資客常喊再不買房子又要漲了
又說房子只會漲不會跌
那你們就不要拿出來賣嗎
放個100年到時候100萬一坪應該也漲到一億一坪的吧！
幹嘛賣呢？囤著放不就好了嗎？
最後我只能說不要汙辱他人的智慧
自以為全天下只有你們投資客最聰明
