整條街上到處可見新鮮可口又色彩繽紛的蔬菜擺在店鋪前,堆積如山的紅色大番茄、同樣豔紅的甜椒,以及大把大把的芹菜,往右過去是所剩不多的茄子,還有一簍簍洋蔥高高的堆在成串的無花果乾旁,在陽光照射下顯得朝氣蓬勃 。

隨手挑了番茄、茄子、洋蔥,用水輕輕沖淨表面泥土,將橄欖油塗裹住它們,再送進烤箱,混合著新鮮蔬菜與橄欖油的清新,炙烤的香味飄散而出,取出後撒上少許鹽巴與黑胡椒,趁熱一口咬下,是烤得恰到好處的美味,彷彿還能嘗到早晨陽光呢。

此道烤蔬菜冷熱皆適宜食用!

份量 4人份

材料

茄子/中型 1個

洋蔥/大1個

紅甜椒 1個

蕃茄/大/熟 3顆

西班牙初榨橄欖油 ¼杯

雪莉醋 ½大匙

鹽巴、黑胡椒、巴西里
