投資人周一對一項里程碑協議大為振奮，該協議將讓世界強權放寬對伊朗的經濟制裁，以交換伊朗承諾抑制其核子計劃。

盤前交易中，美國指數期貨上漲0.3%，隨世界股市走高。在核子協議達成後，預期伊朗將有更多原油出口，原油價格因而下跌。

周日，外交官員創造了歷史，伊朗與六個世界強權就其核子計劃，達成了協議。這項由美國，英國，法國，俄羅斯，中國與德國促成的協議，將抑制伊朗發展核武的能力。

近幾年，伊朗遭到重創。因各項制裁創傷了伊朗經濟，導致其出現停滯性通貨膨脹。

周一，美國指數期貨上漲，顯示道瓊與S&P 500可望持續近來創新高的漲勢。

上周，道瓊創新記錄高點，S&P 500收盤首度站上1800點。

周四為感恩節假日，美國市場休市，預期本周成交量將清淡。周五，美國股市將提前於台北時間凌晨02:00收市。

歐洲股市早場上漲，德國DAX-30指數漲勢領先。

大多亞洲股市周一收高。日經指數上漲1.5%，日元兌美元疲弱，提供了股市支撐。
