我朋友的設備是windows xp SP2 用ie 8 無法進入電子申報網站 ( 256 位元加密網站 )

請問該怎麼辦阿？

其他瀏覽器都開啟正常，但是這申請網站又一定需要ie開啟...

有知道大概可以怎麼處理的大大幫忙一下嗎?
