站務員趕下班EQ差　嗆婦「你給我滾！」引眾怒

桃園機場的國光客運站25日凌晨，發生一件站務員與客人爭執衝突，一名七旬的老婦人向站務人員買票，但站務人員說自己已經下班，不願意賣票給老婦人，2人大吵起來，最後站務員還以「你給我滾」、「你聽不懂人話嗎」等字眼辱罵老婦人，全程都被一旁的路人拍下PO到網路上，馬上引起民眾罵聲連連。

這名老婦人在12時40分到售票處購票，但桃園機場站只營運到30分，請老婦人到候車處直接上車購票，但是因加班車的司機忘記帶零錢箱，才會告知其他乘客到櫃檯購票，老婦人已買了其他家客運的車票，沒想到看到國光客運又開始賣票，覺得自己被騙，憤怒之下找站務員理論。

但這名站務員不僅沒有向老婦人解釋或是安撫情緒，反而以更火爆的態度回應，甚至以「你給我滾」、「你聽不懂人話嗎」等字眼辱罵老婦人，還連說3次「我已經下班了」有民眾將過程錄下PO到網路上，引起許多民眾為老婦打抱不平。

桃園機場國光客運副站長也在當天出面滅火，表示一切都是一場誤會，已經對這名站務員進行懲處。
